The Independence Metropolitan District No. 3 Board of Directors will be conducting a virtual Special meeting on October 15, 2024 to consider acceptance of Engagement Letters associated with an upcoming Bond Refunding. The meeting notice and agenda is available below.
The Independence Metropolitan Districts are governed by five-member Boards of Directors in whom rests the authority to manage, control, and supervise all of the business affairs of the Districts. The Districts’ Board of Directors hold Special Business Meetings as needed.
